摘要
采用7个粘帚霉菌株发酵液对小麦种子进行处理,结果表明浸种后的小麦种子的发芽势、发芽率明显高于对照,其中菌株NMW-1-1、HL-1-1、SS-1-1和GW-1-1对种子发芽的促进作用最强。NMW-5-3、GW-1-1、HL-2-1和HL-1-1对小麦的出苗、根长、株高和干重等均表现较好的促进作用。NMW-5-3、SS-1-1和HL-1-1处理后,小麦根腐叶枯病和小麦赤霉病的发病率明显低于对照,表现出较好的防治效果。
The germination rates and vigor of the wheat seeds treated by 7 Cliocladium spp. strains yeast fermented liquids were significantly higher than control, and the promotion effects of NMW-1-1, HL-1-1 SS-1-1 and GW-1-1 were the best. NMW-5-3,GW-1-1 ,HL-2-1 and HL-1-1 showed positive promotion effects on wheat seedling, root, high and dry weight. After treatment by NMW-5-3, SS-1-1 and HL-1-1, the incidence of root rot and leaf blight disease and wheat scab were significantly lower than control, which revealed good control effects.
