多西他赛联合颐养汤二线治疗晚期鼻咽癌23例 被引量：3

摘要 目的评价多西他赛联合颐养汤作为二线化疗方案,联合治疗局部复发或/和远处转移中晚期鼻咽癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法23例患者接受多西他赛75mg/m2静滴1h,每3周重复,均至少接受2个周期化疗,配合服用中药颐养汤。结果CR1例,PR12例,总有效率56.5%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制,恶心、呕吐,脱发,肌肉及关节疼痛等。结论多西他赛联合颐养汤用于二线化疗,治疗局部复发或/远处转移的鼻咽癌有较高的有效率,毒副反应较小。
