摘要
实验制备了Ce3+掺杂重金属锗酸盐玻璃样品,测试了透射、发射、激发光谱。结果表明:由于锗酸盐玻璃的光碱度较大,Ce3+的发射波长发生了明显红移。La3+的加入对Ce3+具有分散作用,有助于提高Ce3+的掺入量且降低了浓度淬灭效应。对于Ce3+和Tb3+共掺杂玻璃,Ce3+和Tb3+的发光均有所减弱,这可能是由于Ce3+,Tb3+二者在351~381nm波长处有激发峰的重叠,而存在竞争吸收所致。
Cerous ion-doped heavy-metal germinate glasses were prepared and their transmission, emission and excitation spectra were measured. The results show that the emission peak wavelength of Ce^3+ has an obvious red-shift due to the higher optical basicity of germanate glasses. It was also found that the addition of La^3+ disperses Ce^3+ in the glass matrix, enhances the doping content of Ce^3+ in the glasses and reduces the effect of concentration quenching. As for Ce^3+ and Tb^3. co-doped glasses, the luminescence intensifies of Ce^3+ and Tb^3+ both decrease. This could be related to the competitive absorption between Ce3+ and Tb^3+ because their excita- tion peaks pile up on the wavelength of 351-381 nm.
