摘要
实验研究了Ce3+掺杂 6 4B2 O3- 36BaO ,75B2 O3-2 5La2 O3玻璃的闪烁发光。在 80kV加速电压、阴极电流为 5mA的高能X射线激发下闪烁光强为同样条件下闪烁晶体NaI(Tl)的 3%~ 4 %。对影响闪烁光输出的因素进行了分析。结果表明 ,Ce3+的自吸收和Ce4+离子的荷移吸收是降低闪烁光输出的主要因素 ;含镧硼硅酸盐玻璃系统可作为发展高密度玻璃有希望的系统 ;闪烁玻璃的制备技术对提高闪烁光输出起着重要作用。
Scintillating luminescence of Ce 3+ -doped 64B 2O 3-36BaO,75B 2O 3-25La 2O 3 glasses were experimentally investigated.The scintillating light outputs of these glasses excited under X-ray with 80kV accelerating volts and 5mA anode flow are 3~4% of that of NaI(Tl).The factors affecting the output were analyzed.It is shown that the re-absorption of Ce 3+ ions and charge transfer absorption of Ce 4+ ions are main factor depressing scintillating light output.It is suggested that the host for cerium doped heavy scintillator be obtained in lanthanide containing borosilicate system,and that the preparation technology of cerium doped glass scintillator play an important role in enhancing scintillating light output.
