摘要
介绍了建设工程招标的要求及工程量清单招标的意义，从施工组织设计的优化、建设资金的使用、工程变更的控制探讨了工程造价的施工管理，提出了工程竣工决算的审核要求。
The requirements on bid invitation of construction engineering and the significance of the tendering of bill of quantities are intro- duced, from optimization of construction organization design, use of construction fund, control of project changes the construction management of engineering cost is discussed. In the end requirements are proposed for completion settlement audit.
