摘要
在非额定频率下相量定义的基础上,指出利用静止无功发生器(SVG)时由于输出频率和电网频率存在差异,会导致系统不稳定的问题,提出用灰色系统理论预测电网频率,以提高SVG输出频率和电网频率的一致性,并给出控制的基本步骤和方法,最后用MATLAB进行了仿真。
Based on the phasor definition in un-rated frequency, this paper points out that the difference between the SVG ,output frequency and the network frequency will cause system instability when using SVG. In order to improve the frequency consistency between the SVG output frequency and the network frequency,gray theory is introduced to prcdict network frequency. Basic steps and control methods are also presented. At last, MATLAB simulation is done.
