摘要
零件的尺寸精度是非常复杂的非线性问题.运用灰色理论的GM(1,1)模型和神经网络BP模型相结合的方法对机械零件的尺寸精度的预测进行了分析研究,同时建立了灰色理论的预测模型和神经网络模型的组合算法,解决了非等时序列的预报问题.仿真实验证明,此方法是可行的,具有一定的实用价值.
The dimension accuracy of parts is very complicated nonlinear problem.This paper adopts the way of combining GM(1,1) model of Gray theory and the neural network BP model to analyse and research the dimension accuracy of the parts.The emulational experiment proves that the method is feasible and has practical value.
