摘要
通过采用SEM、X射线衍射、化学元素分析、物理分析等技术,系统地研究了稀土镧对氧化钼氢还原的影响。结果表明:稀土元素镧在氧化钼的还原钼粉中以氧化物及钼酸盐形式存在,还原后所得的钼粉颗粒大多为规则形状的多面体,稀土镧和铝相似,强烈地抑制钼氧化物氢还原钼粉颗粒的长大。添加的镧元素分布越不均匀,还原钼粉的粒度分布就越分散。
The effects of rare earth element La during hydrogenolysis were studied by using SEM, X - ray diffraction and chemical and physical analysis. The results indicated that in molybdenum powder, La exists in the forms of oxides and molybdate and the most of molybdenum powder are regular polyhedrons. The existence of La hinds drastically the growth of molybdenum particles during hydrogenolysis of Mo oxide. The more uneven the distribution of La, the more the dispersed distribution of powder size of Mo.
