摘要
在先秦时期,我国已形成了系统的尊老养老制度,其内容包括致仕、学校养老、减免赋役、减轻刑罚、赐杖等诸多方面。通过国家收养与家庭赡养相结合的办法,做到老有所养,老有所为。这些措施和办法在当时的社会中已得到广泛的实施,对维护家庭和睦和社会稳定都产生了较为积极的影响。
In the pre-Qin period, our country had formed a systematic institution of respecting and providing for the aged. It included institutions of retirement, providing for the aged in schools, reduction of taxes and punishment and bestowing skicks to the aged. By being looked after by the state or families, providing for the aged and old people＇ s devoting their remaining years to the society was guaranteed. These measures were extensively adopted in the then society, which had an active effect on family harmony and social stability
