摘要
目的探讨乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤的手术方法,为临床乳腺疾病的手术治疗提供参考依据.方法回顾性分析经病理证实的乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤患者43例,采用乳房后间隙手术入路,切除治疗乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤,对其手术切口设计、手术步骤、手术效果等进行了总结分析.结果43例患者均一次切除全部肿块,16例患者放置引,术后引流量小于10 ml后48～72 h拔除,所有病例无积液和积血,切口甲级愈合.术后随访3个月,切口呈线状且隐蔽,乳房外观形态良好,乳房未扪及硬块和结节,乳头和乳晕感觉良好.结论乳房后间隙入路手术治疗乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤手术方法可行,手术效果满意,可供临床参考采用.
Objective To explore the surgery method to treat breast multiple fibroadenoma. Methods Retrospectively analysis of 43 patients with breast multiple fibroadenoma were ablated through retromammary space. Results All cases were excised completely in surgery. The breast shape looks well after surgery, and the sensation of nipple and areola mammae were also well. Conclusion The exctomy of breast multiple fibroadenoma through retromammary space is a feasible and effective treatment method.
