摘要
本文通过金相分析和剥层化学分析，探讨了渗碳层深在１０～６０ｍｍ范围内强渗时间和扩散时间的合理分配，找出了适合每个渗层范围内的强渗与扩散时间之比。
In this paper,a reasonable time allocation between the intensive carburization time and diffusion time within the carburizing depths of 0 1～0 6mm is put forward.With the help of metalgraphic analysis and layer chemical analysis,reasonable ratios within each carburization layer range have been obtained.The results will result in an increased productivity.
