补饲不同补充料对杂交牛增重效果的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为筛选效益较好的肉牛饲料配方,研究设计了3个饲料配方,用杂交牛进行了为期60 d的对比育肥试验,同时为探索肉牛饲料中蛋白质的过瘤胃保护效果,以3号配方配制的补充料为基础,用醋酸和甲醛对菜籽粕和豆粕进行了过瘤胃蛋白保护处理。结果表明:在配方筛选试验中,使用3号配方的第3组效果最好,日增重达1 273 g,饲料价格仅为1 500元/t。在过瘤胃蛋白保护处理中,以第4组甲醛保护的效果较理想,日增重达1 508 g,比未保护的对照组(第3组)提高18.46%;用醋酸保护的第5组,日增重为1 402 g,较对照组提高10.08%。 For selecting the meat cattle feed diet of better efficiency, 3 feed diets were studied and designed. 6 d comparative fattening experiment was done with hybrid cattle. Meanwhile for probing the protective effect on by-pass protein in meat cattle feet, based on suppliment made with diet No. 3, used ethane acid and formol in by-pass protein protection treatment on canola seed meal and bean meal. The results showed that: in the experiment to select diet, group 3 which used diet No. 3 had the best result, daily weight gain 1 273 g, the price of feed was only 1 500 yuan/t; group 2 which used diet No. 2, had daily weight gain 1 275 g, feed price 1 750 yuan/t; for group 1 which used diet No. 1, daily weight gain 1 142 g, feed price 1 710 yuan/t. In the treatment of by-pass protein protection, formol used in group 4 had more ideal protective effect, daily weight gain 1 508 g, increased 18. 46 percent compared with the contrast (group 3) without protection; daily weight gain for group 5 which used ethane acid to protect, was 1 402 g, which was 10.08 percent higher than the contrast.
