摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)主要降解细胞外基质完成肿瘤的侵袭过程,层粘连蛋白受体(LN-R)通过与其基底膜上的层粘连蛋白(LN)结合完成肿瘤的黏附和降解,LN-R作为跨膜蛋白,可以通过与细胞外基质中LN的结合来激活细胞某些重要的信号转导通路,影响蛋白水解酶MMP-2,MMP-9的基因表达。 Matrix metalloproteinase can complete the invasion course of tumor by mainly degradating the extracellular matrix , and laminin receptor ( LN - R) fulfil the adhere and degradation of tumor by combining with the laminin on basal membrane. LN - R , as a transmembrane protein, can activate some important signal transduction path by the connection with LN in the extracellular matrix , and can affect the gene expression of MMP - 2 and MMP - 9 .
