摘要
采用分层抽样的方法,对四川省5个新型农村合作医疗试点县(市)的医疗机构进行调查,对其在实施新型农村合作医疗前后的运行情况进行对比分析。结果发现新型农村合作医疗对医疗机构未起到足够的监督和约束作用,应加强对医疗机构的监管,以保证新型农村合作医疗的持续运行。
By stratified sampling, the medical sectors in five pilot counties with the reform of new rural cooperative medical care in Sichuan province were investigated. Comparing the their general status between before and after the reform, the authors found that the function including supervision and restriction of new rural cooperative medical care on the medical sectors was insufficiency. It should be strengthened supervising medical sectors to sustain the reform of new rural cooperative medical care.
