摘要
补偿模式的选择是影响新型农村合作医疗制度运行的关键问题之一。目前正在运行的统筹补偿模式主要有大病统筹、住院统筹与门诊统筹以及住院统筹与家庭账户三种类型,本文对各种补偿模式进行分析比较,表明住院统筹与门诊统筹模式将是新型农村合作医疗的发展方向,并对此提出建议。
The option of reimbursement model for new rural cooperative medical system is one of the key problems to influence the new rural cooperative medical system operation.There were three main kind of reimburse models running currently in China： model of serious diseases cost as whole,model of planning both inpatient cost and outpatient cost as whole,and the model of planning inpatient cost and medical saving account.The advantage and disadvantage of the three main kind of reimburse models were analyzed and compared in this paper,and the conclusion is that model of planning both inpatient cost and outpatient cost as whole would be the best reimbursement model of new rural cooperative medical system in China at present.
