摘要
目的:了解藏边大黄复合剂对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。方法:将糖尿病模型动物依据血糖水平随机分为4组,每组15只,剂量分别为0、125 mg/kg、250 mg/kg、750 mg/kg组,即1个模型对照组(蒸馏水)和低、中、高3个实验组。经口连续给予受试物30 d后取尾血测定空腹血糖值和给葡萄糖后0、0.5、2 h的血糖值,观察给葡萄糖后各时间点血糖曲线下面积的变化。结果:750 mg/kg剂量组能降低高血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖,与模型对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),250 mg/kg、750 mg/kg剂量组能减少高血糖模型小鼠血糖曲线下面积,与模型对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:藏边大黄复合剂对高血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖有明显降低血糖的效果,并能提高高血糖模型小鼠对葡萄糖的糖耐量。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Tibet's rhubarb compound (TRC) on diabetic mice induced by injecting aUoxan. Methods: Diabetic model of mice were divided into 4 groups according to their blood glucose. Four groups were orally administrated with TRC 0, 125, 250, 750 mg/kg for 30 days, respectively. At the end of trial, blood- glucoses were measured at 0 h, 0.5 h, 2 h after glucose administrated with the dosage of 2 g/kg BW (blood glucose value at 0 h was equal to empty stomach). Glucose tolerance (GT) was indicated by area under the curve of blccd glucose (ACBG). Results: Blood glucoses in 750 mg/kg group were significantly decreased compare to control group at 0 h (P〈0.05). The ACBGs in the 250 mg/kg and the 750 mg/kg groups were significantly lower than control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: TRC had effects of decredsing blood gluoose and improving GT in diabetic model of mice induced by alloxan.
