概述了刚挠结合印制板加工过程中以黑影工艺替代传统沉铜工艺,针对PTH的流程特性,制定相应预防措施,以求最大限的减少过程中的孔内无铜品质缺陷。
This paper illustrates shadowing takes the places of traditional PTH procedure in producing Flex-Rigid printed boards, According to the characters of PTH procedure, relevant preventive measures are established to decrease the quality defects such as void hole to the maximum extent.
