玉米弯孢叶斑病菌Nit突变体筛选培养基的研究

摘要 利用10个新月弯孢和2个画眉草弯孢分离株作为测试菌株,分别比较了在KNI、MMC和KPS3种诱变培养基和KPS培养基6个KClO3浓度梯度下产生Nit突变体的情况。结果表明:①Nit突变体的数量、产生率等指标在KPS培养基与KNI、MMC培养基间均存在极显著差异,KPS培养基更适合于Nit突变体的诱导。②KClO3浓度为2.5%的KPS培养基最适合玉米弯孢叶斑病菌Nit突变体的诱导。 10 isolates of Curvularia lunata and 2 isolates of C.cragrostidis as testing strains, the production of Nit mutants induced on 3 different medium (KNI, MMC and KPS) and KPS medium containing 6 concentration treatments of KClO3 were compared. The emergence infomation such as number, percentage of nitrate non-utilizing (Nit) mutants on KPS medium had very significant difference compared with that on other two kinds of medium. The emergence informtion such as number, percentage of Nit mutants on KPS medium containing 2.5 % KClO3 had very significant or significant difference compared with that on the medium containing other concentration treatments of KClO3. Above results indicated that Nit mutant was easy to be induced on KPS medium containing 2.5 % KClO3.
