摘要
以一台多缸柴油机为例,采用结合有限元法(FEM)的多体系统仿真(MSS)方法,研究了曲轴的扭转振动。通过柔性多体动力学仿真计算,得出有无扭振减振器时曲轴自由端扭振特性。并与试验测量结果对比,两者吻合得较好。
Combined with finite element method (FEM), the multi-body system simulation (MSS) method was applied to investigate the torsional vibration of a multi-cylinder diesel crankshaft. The torsional vibration at the free-end of crankshaft under the condition with and without torsional damper is analyzed through the dynamics analysis. The torsional vibration was measured under the same condition. The test results coincided well with calculation.
