摘要
针对柴油机油耗量测量问题,基于椭圆齿轮油耗量测量传感器原理建立了测量模型,并采用函数链神经网络对测量模型进行了校正,以实现柴油机油耗量信息连续输出。应用结果表明,椭圆齿轮油耗量智能测量模型具有较高的精度,其相对误差平均降低了0.125%,完全可以实现柴油机椭圆齿轮油耗量在线测量。
In order to solve the problem of fuel consumption measurement in the diesel engine, a fuel consumption measurement model using oval-shaped gear for diesel engine was established based on its measurement principle, and its parameters adjustment by using function link neural network were introduced. The application results revealed that the intelligent fuel consumption measurement model using oval-shaped gear for diesel engine is of high precision and its relative measurement error of fuel consumption was reduced by 0. 125%. The fuel consumption of the diesel engine could be measured on line quickly by using of the fuel consumption measurement model.
