摘要
多层次模糊综合评价方法是一种有效的将定性分析转化为定量分析的方法,同时可以反映客观事物因素之间的不同层次。现将该方法运用于黑河中游5年调水和3年治理项目的效果后评价,将各层次指标因素由定性分析转变为定量分析,客观的对黑河中游项目实施后所达到的效果进行了综合评价,为以后的项目工程实施提供了重要的决策依据和借鉴意义。
The maltilayer fuzzy synthetic evaluation is an effective method to transform the qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis in analyzing index factors, and it can reflect the different levels of the objective factors. In this paper the method has been applied to the ex post review of the project of 5 years' water diversion and 3 years' controlling in the middle reaches of the Heihe River. The results show that the project in the middle reaches of the Heihe River turn out to be good, especially in the water resource aspect.
