摘要
目的：测定鼻炎灵喷剂中盐酸麻黄碱、呋喃西林、地塞米松磷酸钠、盐酸苯海拉明的含量。方法：高效液相色谱法，国产Ｃ１８柱；检测波长２５８ｎｍ；流动相Ａ液为０．０２５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾溶液－甲醇－乙腈（７７３２０），Ｂ液为甲醇；梯度洗脱。结果：盐酸麻黄碱０．６０～３．６０ｍｇ／ｍｌ，呋喃西林０．０１２～０．０７ｍｇ／ｍｌ，地塞米松磷酸钠０．０１８～０．１１ｍｇ／ｍｌ，盐酸苯海拉明０．１０～０．６１ｍｇ／ｍｌ范围内，峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系；平均回收率依次为９９．９５％，ＲＳＤ＝０．７８％；１０１．７％，ＲＳＤ＝０．５０％；１０１．９％，ＲＳＤ＝０．５７％；１０１．４％，ＲＳＤ＝０．５８％。结论：方法简便、快速、准确。
OBJECTIVE:To separate and determine four constituents including ephedrine hydrochlorid(EPD),furacilin,dexamethasone and diphenhydramine hydrochloride(DPH) in Biyanling nasal spray.METHODS:A HPLC method was used.Chromatographic conditions included C 18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm;4 μm);mobile phase,solution A:0.025 mol/L KH 2PO 4 methanol acetonitrile(77∶3∶20),solution B:methanol,gradient elution;detection wavelength 258 nm.RESULTS:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.60～3.60 mg/ml for EPD;0.012～0.07 mg/ml for furacilin;0.018～0.11 mg/ml for dexamethasone and 0.10～0.61 mg/ml for DPH.The average recoveries of EDP,furacilin,dexamethasone and DPH were 99.95%(RSD=0.78%),101.7%(RSD=0.50%), 101.9 %(RSD=0.57%),and 101.4%(RSD=0.58%) respectively.CONCLUSION:This method was found to be simple,quick and accurate for simultaneous determination of the four constituents in Biyanling nasal spray.
