摘要
【目的】建立一种测定止痒涂膜剂中地塞米松含量的高效液相色谱法。【方法】采用反相高效液相色谱法,以Shim packvpODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm作分析柱,以甲醇水(70∶30,v/v)为流动相,流速0.8ml/min。柱箱温度30℃,对羟基苯甲酸丁酯为内标,检测波长为245nm。【结果】本法的日内RSD小于0.5%,日间RSD小于1%,平均回收率为100.3%。标准曲线在5~20μg/ml浓度范围内,呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。【结论】该法用于涂膜剂的含量测定,快速、准确。
To establish a rapid method for the determination of dexame thasone in ZHI YANG FILM.RP-HPLC was adopted with Shim-pack vp ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm as analytical column,methanol-water(70∶30,v/v)as the mobile phase,flow rate was 0.8 ml/min. Detection wavelength was at 245 nm and butyl-p-hydroxyben-zoate as internal standard.Inter-day RSD of dexamethasone was less than 0.5% and intra-day less than 1%,respectively. The average recovery rate of dexamethasone was 100.3%. The calibration curve was liner over range from 5μg/mL to 20μg/ml(r=0.9999).[Conclusion]This method was found to be rapid,accurate, and suitable for the determination of dexamethasone in the preparation.
