摘要
目的：制备复方活性钙片剂，评价其稳定性。方法：用正交试验设计进行处方筛选与优化，制备复方活性钙片剂，通过加速试验与室温留样考察其稳定性。结果：以优选处方制备的片剂可在１５ｍｉｎ之内迅速崩解，在各种试验条件下的性质稳定。结论：本品处方合理，质量稳定，在预防和治疗老年性骨质疏松疾病方面具有临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE:Topreparecompoundactivecalciumtabletsandevaluatetheirstability.METHOD:Theoptimalformulationofthetabletswasfoundwithorthogonalexperimentdesign.Thestabilityofthetabletswasinvestigatedbyshelf-lifeandacceleratedexperiment.RESULTS:Thepreparedtabletsrapidlydisintigratedin15min,andshowedgoodstabilityundervariousexeperimentalconditions.CONCLUSION:Thecompoundactivecalciumtabletswilplayanimportantpartinpreventionandtreatmentoflatemiddleageorolderosteoprosis.
