摘要 采用逐级分散共混法,制备了PP/POE/纳米CaCO_3复合材料,研究了其力学性能和微观结构。逐级分散法先制备纳米CaCO_3母料,然后将PP分多次加入含纳米CaCO_3的共混体系中,目的在于改善纳米CaCO_3的分散,以提高复合材料的力学性能。研究结果表明:采用逐级分散法制备的PP/POE/纳米CaCO_3复合材料的冲击强度为64.2 kJ/m^2,比直接共混法高16.9%,比通常的母料法高9.7%。复合材料的微观结构研究表明:纳米CaCO_3粒子基本上都分布在连续相PP中。 The nano-CaCO3/POE/PP composite was prepared via multi-step blending. The mechanical properties and micro-structure of the composite were studied. The masterbatch of nano-CaCO3 was prepared first, and PP was added to the blending system containing nano-CaCO3 in multi-step, thus the dispersion of nano-CaCO3 was improved, leading to enhanced mechanical properties. The impact strength of multi-step composite was 64.2 kJ/m^2, 16.9 % and 9.7 % higher than that based on direct blending and regular masterbatch-blending, respectively. The micro-structure study showed that the nano-CaCO3 particles mainly existed in the PP phase.
