摘要
目的：分析维持性血液透析患者的死亡原因及相关因素，改善透析患者生存质量和降低死亡率，以期为同类患者的治疗提供资料。方法：回顾分析1999年12月～2004年12月期间在我院接受维持性血液透析患者的死亡原因及其年龄、透析时间、动脉血压、血浆蛋白、血红蛋白、透析指数、左心室重量的关系．并与同期30例维持性血液透析生存患者比较。结果：最主要死亡原因分别是心力衰竭、肺感染、脑出血．另外高血压、营养不良和严重贫血也是一定原因。结论：维持性血液透析患者要及时治疗各种并发症，处理高危因素，改善主要器官的功能，提高患者的生存率。
Objective：To analyze the cause of death of related factors in patients with sustaining hemodialysis for improving life quality and decreasing mortality, meanwhile providing data for the treatment of similiar patients. Methods： The clinical data including the cause of death, age, dialytic time, arterial blood pressure, plasma protein, hemoglobin, index of hemodialysis and weight of left venticle were analysed in patients received substaining hemodialysis from December 1999 to December 2004 and compared with the living patients with same treatment. Results： The major causes of death were heart failure, pulmonary infection, cerebral hemorrhage. Other causes included hypertension, dystrophy and severe anaemia. Conclusions： Treatment of various complications and risk factors and improvement of major organs is the key to improve the survival rate of patients with sustaining hemodialysis.
