摘要
目的为艾滋病咨询者提供有关 HIV 抗体检测的全面信息,使咨询服务做到优质、高效、咨询者满意。方法在自愿、保密的原则下开展检测咨询,提供支持性关怀及转诊服务,在咨询的每个环节均提供人性化服务。结果咨询者中89.86%消除了疑虑、恐惧等心理压力;87.96%掌握了如何避免高危行为和树立健康的行为规范;93.98%了解了艾滋病的传播途径等相关知识。结论艾滋病自愿咨询检测可最大限度发现 HIV 感染者,有效遏制艾滋病疫情的传播。
Objective To offer detailed information on HIV detection test for the clients,improve the quality and efficiency of counseling service, and thereby to increase patients＇ satisfaction. Method Based on voluntary and confidential principle, we provided supportive and humanity counseling services for the clients with HIV voluntary counseling test. Results As a result,89.86% of the clients got relieved from mental pressure of doubt and fear, 87.96% learned how to avoid dangerous behaviors and set up healthy behaviors, 93.98% mastered AIDS related knowledge. Conclusion Voluntary counseling test is one of the effective means to prevent the transmission of AIDS.
