摘要
目的采用三级护理质量控制体系管理病区。方法介绍护士长、兼职质量控制员、执行护士对病区护理工作进行质量控制的操作方法。结果实现了病区护理管理的自我控制和逐级控制,不断发现工作中的问题和安全隐患,及时采取纠正和预防措施。结论三级护理质量控制体系强化了全员的质量监控意识,使质量管理由个人转变为全员、由被动转变为主动,各项制度及护理措施都能得到有效落实,保证了护理质量和护理安全。
Objectlve To practice the three - level nursing quality control system to manage the ward. Method The implementation measures of the three - level quality control system including the head nurses,part - time personnel of quality control,and nurses were introduced. Result This practice realized the self- control and level - control in nursing management of the ward,discovered the problems and hidden risk factors in time and took corrective and preventive measures promptly. Conclusion The three - level nursing quality control system strengthened the quality control consciousness of all the staff,and motivated all the staff to participate in quality control actively,which facilitated the various regulations and nursing measures to be implemented effectively and guaranteed the quality and safety of nursing.
