摘要
护理质量控制是护理管理中的重要内容,分析护理质量的要素,从中选择质量控制的关键点,归纳出可操作性的具体内容,设计规范的护理质量评价表并用于临床护理管理中,以正强化的质量达标率方式表达护理质量控制的情况,对实现计算机联网进行质量管理和调动全体护理人员的积极性起到了较好的作用。
Nursing services,entering the 21st century,are required to adapt to rapid advances of other fields of health services and to develop with them through adopting coordinated measures, including: dynamic optimization of professional education and construction programs; scientific targets system designed to ensure long-term maintenance and further progress in professional achievements; research of nursing services' quality elements, scoring points, appraisal tables, computer-aided management, and other forme of quality management processes, pertinent to the concrete conditions of various clinical departments.
