摘要
掌指关节闭合性脱位由于解剖关系特殊，常须切开复位。本文介绍的闭合性克氏针撬拨法治疗掌指关节闭合性脱位３０例，取得了满意的疗效。并阐明了针拨法的原理及操作方法。
The closed dislocation of the metacarpophalangeal joint is not common. The open-reduction is often needed to be done, owing to the speciality of its anatomical relationship. Here an experience of close reduction in success with prying and plucking manipulation, applied with Kirschner needle on 30 cases was introduced in this paper. The mechanism and procedure of this method was demonstrated with anatomical data, diagrams and typical cases and its practical value was also discussed.
