摘要
目的探讨综合护理对儿童难复性尺桡骨骨折撬拨法术后的辅助治疗效果。方法选取本院2011年3月至2016年3月收治的30例难复性尺桡骨骨折患儿为研究对象,随机分为干预组和常规组各15例。所有患儿均接受撬拨法手术后,对照组患儿接受术后常规护理,干预组患儿在此基础上加强心理、饮食等多方面综合护理,所有患儿于术后第1,2,3,7天进行复诊,门诊观察3~6个月,比较两组患儿骨折部位的肿胀、疼痛及运动功能。结果干预组患儿肿胀恢复率(80.0%)显著高于常规组(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);两组患儿治疗后复诊疼痛恢复率,差异无统计学意义(P=0.060)。干预组活动不受限恢复率(93.3%)和握力恢复率(86.7%)均显著高于常规组(26.7%、20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论与常规护理相比,综合护理可有效促进难复性尺桡骨骨折撬拨法术后患儿恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on adjunctive treatment of children with refractory ulna radius fractures after poking method. Methods 30 cases of refractory ulnar and radial fractures treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects,which were randomly divided into intervention group（ n = 18） and conventional group（ n = 12）. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing after orthopedic surgery,and the intervention group mainly focused on psychological care,diet care and other aspects of postoperative care. The outpatients were observed from March to June and the postoperative day 1,2,3,7 days for referral to observe the fracture site of swelling,pain and motor function. Results The rate of swelling recovery（ 80.0%） in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 20.0%）. The difference was statistically significant（ P = 0.003）. The recovery rate of pain between the intervention group and the conventional group had no significant difference（ P = 0.060）. The recovery rate（ 93.3%） and the recovery rate of grip strength in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ 26. 7%,20%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P = 0. 001）.Conclusions Compared with routine nursing,comprehensive nursing can effectively promote the recovery of the patients＇ health in the postoperative days of refractory ulna radius fractures.
