摘要
Pure lithium tantalite ceramic powders were synthesized by a molten salt method with Li2CO3 and Ta2O5 as reactants and LiCl as flux. The products were characterized by DSC, XRD and SEM techniques. The results show that the pure LiTaO3 powder is rhombohedral system with space group of R3c. The particle sizes are influenced by the synthesis temperature. The particle size increases with reaction temperature.
