摘要
采用熔盐法(MSS)合成了各向异性生长的棒状Sr0.4Ba0.6Nb2O6粉体。用XRD分析表明,熔盐法合成的是单相Sr0.4Ba0.6Nb2O6陶瓷粉体,没有其它杂相生成;用SEM分析合成粉体的形貌,结果表明,熔盐法合成的粉体呈棒状,且随着反应条件的不同,棒状粉体的长度在2~20μm。研究表明,影响粉体形状和尺寸的主要因素是合成温度以及原料和盐的比例。
Acicular Sr0.4Ba0.6Nb2O6 powder was synthesized by molten salt methods. The phase and microstructure were analyzed by the means of XRD and SEM. The results show that the prepared powder by molten salt methods is acicular. The length of acicular powder is 2-20μm at different reaction conditions, The influence factors of powder shape and size were investigated.
