摘要
目的探讨前臂桡动脉及穿支逆行岛状皮瓣修复手部创面的临床效果。方法应用前臂桡动脉及穿支皮瓣修复手掌、背侧皮肤缺损及虎口挛缩,拇、食指、腕背组织缺损。结果切取桡动脉及穿支逆行岛状皮瓣36例,手术全部成功,术后随访外形及手部功能恢复良好。结论桡动脉及穿支逆行岛状皮瓣血运良好,质地柔软,切取方便,形态各异,是修复手部皮肤缺损一种简单有效的方法。
