摘要
对２７例新鲜尸体的上肢进行显微解剖现在，发现挠动脉鼻咽窝段恒定地发出鼻咽窝皮支，其走行方向朝桡骨背侧的占８１．４８％，外径０．２５ｍｍ，蒂长４．１８ｍｍ。皮支进入浅筋膜后分出上行支与下行支，皮支均有两条伴行静脉。
new cutaneous flap in the nasopharyngeal fossa
region of hand was studied on 27 fresh up-per extremities,A constant
cutaneous branch was observed raising from the radial artery in
thenasopharyngeal fossa region,81.4%of the branches went to the
dorsal side of radius with 0.25mm in external diameter and 4.18 mm in
length.The arterial branches may further divided intoone ascending
and one descending branches which were accompanied by two veins in
the superfi-cial fascia.
