摘要
纯聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)的耐极性溶剂和耐热性较差,限制了其在某些领域的应用,用纳米无机粒子对其进行改性是提高其性能的一种有效措施。介绍了机械混合法、原位聚合法、插层聚合法几种常用的聚氨酯纳米改性方法及其研究进展。
Application of pure polyurethane elastomer (PUE) in some fields is restricted due to its poor heat resistance and polar solvent resistance.The modification with inorganic nano-particles is one of the effective improving means. Several conventional polyurethane nano modification methods such as mechanical mixing method.in-situ polymerization method,insert-layer polymerization method and their research progress are introduced.
