摘要
从设计方案、平纵面设计、建筑材料、野外调查四方面探讨了影响工程造价的设计因素，分析了设计中在造价控制方面存在的问题，介绍了工程造价的控制措施，实现有效控制工程造价。
From four aspects：design scheme, plan design, building material and field investigation the design factors influencing engineering cost are discussed. Based upon analysis of problems existed in design practical measures are propcsed for cost control in order to realize effective control of cost.
