摘要
企业铁路智能运输调度平台主要由调度计划管理子系统、计算机联锁子系统、调度集中控制子系统、调度监督子系统、物流自动跟踪子系统、机车无线作业信息子系统以及车号识别子系统构成,并与企业ERP系统通过运调接口服务器相联。调度作业计划在通过计算机网络传送给计算机联锁子系统的同时,通过集群无线传输方式传送给机车信息平台,进而传输给司机、调车员和连接员。在计算机联锁的基础上,根据机车运行的起始与目标地点,由智能运输调度平台按照特定的规则自动确定机车的行驶路径,预排进路,并经人工确认后,实现自动调度机车到达目的地。基于轨道电路和车号识别技术建立企业铁路物流自动跟踪子系统,根据作业计划,及时准确掌握站场内的存车信息以及同步反映货车所装载的货物信息。企业铁路智能运输调度平台于2004年8月在宝钢集团上海梅山钢铁公司成功投入使用。
The integrated transportation dispatching platform for enterprise railway consists of several subsystems, which are shunting trip plan management subsystem, computer interlocking subsystem, centralized traffic control subsystem, dispatching supervision subsystem, material circulation automatic tracing subsystem, wireless locomotive shunting subsystem and automatic train identification subsystem. The platform is connected with the enterprise ERP system by a server of transportation-dispatching interface. While shunting trip plans are transmitted to the computer interlocking subsystem via computer networks, they are also transmitted to train information platforms, which are the important parts of the wireless locomotive shunting subsystem by means of wireless trunking communication. Thereby the driver, the shunter and the couplers will receive the shunting trip plans too. On the basis of computer interlocking, according to the beginning position and the ending position of the locomotive, the integrated transportation-dispatching platform fixes the driving paths and presets a route by given rules automatically. After a manual confirmation is executed, the locomotive can be automatically dispatched to the goal position. On the basis of track circuit and automatic train number identification technology, the material circulation automatic tracing subsystem is established. According to shunting trip plans, train information in the stations and yards can be mastered accurately and timely, the cargo that trains carry can also be traced synchronously. The integrated transportation-dispatching platform for enterprise railway has been put into service successfully in Shanghai Meishan Steel Corporation of Baosteel Group since August, 2004.
