摘要
严格保护耕地是全面落实科学发展观,改变传统的土地利用模式的前提。以江津市为例,首先对照现行规划分析近几年耕地变化情况;其次预测非农建设占用、生态退耕、土地整理对耕地的影响;最后,确定新规划期间全市耕地和基本农田保有量。
Strict protection of cultivated land is the premise of the comprehensive fulfillment of scientific development concept and the change of tradition land utilization pattern. In this article, Jiangjin city taken as an example,the current planning was firstly contrasted,the changes of the cultivated land in recent years was analyzed; the influence of several important on the cultivated land was forecasted and finally,the quantity of the cultivated land and the basic farmland in new planning period in whole city was defined.
