摘要
从可持续发展角度研究了近年来广州市建设用地利用中存在的问题,指出非农建设占用大量耕地、农村居民点用地改造缓慢及工业园区土地利用率低是其中最突出的问题,同时分析了这些问题产生的原因,并初步探讨了建设用地可持续利用的对策。
This paper studies the most outstanding problems that exist in construction land use in Guangzhou and points out the reasons for these problems. Furthermore, it discusses some countermeasures of sustainable construction land use.
