摘要
【目的】探讨三维超声不同成像方式在产科中的临床应用价值。【方法】利用三维超声表面成像技术、透明成像技术及三维彩色多普勒成像技术对79例胎儿进行三维重建。所用仪器为NAS2000,SONO-G60S,Voluson 730D三维超声成像系统,探头为凸阵容积探头,频率为3.5MHz。【结果】三维超声表面成像可显示含液体的病变或组织结构内部的细微特征,对被液体包绕的组织结构利用表面成像模式能显示感兴趣区域的外部结构特征;三维超声透明成像可立体地显示实质性脏器内部结构的空间位置关系,胎儿的脊柱、肋骨等结构可完整连续显示;三维超声彩色多普勒成像可清楚显示胎儿脐带的立体形态及空间关系。【结论】三维表面成像可以提供较二维超声更为丰富的灰阶信息,三维透明成像技术(最大回声模式、最小回声模式、混合模式)的出现丰富了三维超声的临床应用范围,三维彩色多普勒血流成像可提供较二维超声更多的血流信息,有重要的临床应用价值及前景。
[Objective]To explore the clinical value of different modes on three-dimensional ultrasound in obstetrics. [Methods]With the help of NAS-2000. SONO-G60S, Voluson 730D three-dimensional volume 3. 5MHz transducer, seventy-nine feti were examined respectively by two dimensional ultrasound and different modes on three-dimensional ultrasound. [Results]① Surface imaging could demonstrate the characteristics of inner structures containing fluid, outer features of some structures or lesions surrounded by fluid could also be shown;②Transparent imaging could display the inner structures of most solid or hollow organs, fetal spine and ribs could be shown completely and continuously; ③Three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound could demonstrate the stereoscopic shape and positional relation of umbilical cords. [Conclusion]3D surface mode can provide more information about the structures of organs, lesions of fetus than two-dimensional ultrasound. Various transparent imaging including minimal mode, maximal mode and X-ray mode can enrich the clinical applications; three dimensional color Doppler ultrasound has very important clinical value and promising prospect in Obstctrics.
