醛固酮对心血管疾病的影响与醛固酮受体阻断药的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 醛固酮除调节水、盐代谢外,还通过多种病理途径,对心血管系统产生一系列不良反应,包括高血压、血管内皮细胞功能异常、左心室肥厚、心肌纤维化、心律失常及充血性心力衰竭。笔者就醛固酮及其受体阻断药对心血管疾病的影响和应用进行分析,以供同道参考。
