农村社区股份合作经济组织的内部治理结构与代理成本的实证研究被引量：1

摘要本文探讨了农村社区股份合作经济组织内部治理结构与代理成本的关系。通过对广州市1000家社区股份合作经济组织的问卷调查,运用模块化神经网络的数据挖掘方法,结果表明在社区股份合作经济组织中,一些内部的治理结构,如董事会、股东代表大会和党委对监督经理人的行为,控制代理成本发挥了一定的作用,但作为内部治理结构重要环节的监事会在社区股份合作经济组织中发挥的作用有限。
