摘要
核型分析表明,西藏野生谷子(187、189、190),栽培谷子北郊12号以及北京野生狗尾草的染色体组成均为2n=18=14m+2sm+2st(SAT).用去壁低渗火焰干燥法显示C-带,,即着丝点带和随体带.按照Stebbins的核型分类,187为2A,其它四个材料为2B型.它们之间在染色体臂比。
The results of karyotype analysis showed that tibetanum wild setaria italica (187,189,190),setaria (L)Beauv Beiliao 12 and Beijing setaria viridis(L)Beauv were almost the same according to the constitution of chromosomes:2n=18=14+2sm+2st(SAT). In this paper ,the wall degradation hyotonic method of preparing mitotic chromosome sample was used and the results showed that there were some marked bandings in centromere and satellite.According to the karyotypic classification method by Stebbins,187 beloned to 2B type.The other four belonged to 2A type.
