摘要
①目的探讨牛磺酸对细胞膜脂流动性影响。②方法以1,6-Dipheyl-1,3,5-hexatriene(DPH)为探剂,用荧光偏振法测定荧光偏振度(P)值和微粘度(η—)研究细胞膜脂的流动性。③结果饮水中添加1%牛磺酸喂养110d的正常小鼠(实验组),其红细胞的P值与η—分别为0.243±0.015和2.392±0.650;而正常饮水的对照组分别为0.267±0.021和2.821±0.580.实验组红细胞(RBC)膜流动性优于对照组(t=2.60,P<0.05)。实验组艾氏腹水瘤小鼠的瘤细胞膜的P值和η—分别为0.108±0.020和0.618±0.140;而对照组0.139±0.020和0.874±0.150.实验组瘤细胞膜流动性也明显优于对照组(t=3.27,P<0.01)。④结论牛磺酸可能对维持细胞膜的稳定性起积极的作用。
Objective To study the effects of taurine on cell membrane fluidity. Method The membrane fluidity was studied with fluorescence polarization(P) and mean microviscosity (η ) with DPH as a probe. Result After feeding the mice with 1% taurine water (taurine group) for 110 days, the P value and η of red blood cell(RBC) membrane were 0.243±0.015 and 2.392±0.65 respectively, the corresponding data of control group were 0.267±0.021, 2.821±0.58. The results suggested that the RBC membrane fluidity of turine group was better than that of the control group( t=2.60,P<0.05). In Erlich ascitic tumor mice in taurine group the P value and η were 0.108±0.02 and 0.618±0.14 respectively, which were much better than the control group ( t=3.27, P<0.01) . Conclusion The results suggested that the taurine had an positive action in mantaining the stability of the cell membrane.
