摘要
针对水下金刚石绳锯机串珠绳张力传感器的设计需要,提出了基于ANSYS的张力传感器弹性轴的优化设计,建立了优化设计数学模型,分析了ANSYS的优化设计方法,完成了基于ANSYS的弹性轴优化设计过程,最终得到了满足弹性轴体积最小时的优化设计尺寸。
An optimal design of the elastic axis based on ANSYS is presented, to meet the design requirement of the tension sensor of the underwater diamond wire saw,The optimal dimension for the least volume of the elastic axis is obtained in the design.
