摘要
本文对弹性扭振进行了理论分析和仿真研究。当电机与负载之间视为弹体连接时,采用传统的双闭环PI调节,不宜得到优良的控制性能,系统极易产生调节振荡,动态跟踪能力差。本文采用全状态观测器对带弹性轴的直流电动机调速系统进行全状态反馈,仿真实验和分析表明,该方法较好地解决了系统振荡问题。
The paper analyses and simulates the oscillation caused by the elastic axis. When the connected axis between the motor and the load is elastic, the drive system has bad static and dynamic performance through using traditional Pi-speed regulator. The system is easy to oscillate and unstable. In this paper state and load disturbance observers are used to feedback the related states and load disturbance. Digital simulations and analyses show that this method reduces the oscillation of the system effectively. And the driving system has good static and dynamic performance.
