摘要
转基因棉花是推进中国棉花产业发展,造福广大棉农的必然举措,然而,如何确定和建立一种简单、快速、方便的转Bt基因棉花检测、鉴定方法成为制约其推广、应用的关键。文章对生物测定法、酶联免疫法(EL1SA法)和SDS-PAGE电泳法等三种当前常用的Bt基因棉花鉴定方法进行了归纳、分析与讨论,并指出了各方法存在的问题及不足,同时,还对已有研究报道的Dot-ELISA法、协同凝集反应、抗生素抗性鉴定法等进行了简单阐述,为进一步推动转Bt基因棉花鉴定方法的研究奠定基础。
Transgenic cotton is an inevitable path for advancing the development of China's cotton industry, and the benefit of cotton grower. However, how to identify and create simple, fast and convenient identificationmethods to detect transgenic cotton has become its key to application. In this paper, the author discusses the methods of Biological tests, Enzyme Linked immunsorbsent assay and SDS-PAGE, and pointed out the inadequacy of existing methods. Also, the author expands other reported methods such as Dot-ELISA, concerted-agglutination reaction and resistance identification of antibiotics, provides the foundation for further study on identification methods of transgenic cotton.
