摘要
根据《建设项目环境风险评价技术导则》(HJ/T169-2004),结合某炼油厂实际情况,对其事故风险进行了识别。在统计国内外相关事故的基础上,给出了事故概率和事故源项。定量评价了火灾爆炸和毒物泄漏对环境的影响。
This article identifys accident risk accor-ding to Technical Guidelines for Environmental Risk Assessment on Projects (HJ/T169-2004) combined with specific scenario of refinery. Provides the accident probability and the accident quantity indoor and outdoor based on the corresponding accidents and quantitatively evaluates the influence to environment by the fire explodes and poison leakage.
