摘要
对于采用完全水火弯板方法成形双曲度船体板的情况,探索水火弯板成形因素和角变形之间的关系是必要的.利用数值模拟方法研究了热输入量、加热线距离板边的位置和钢板尺寸对于角变形的影响.为了描述钢板的热输入,提出了综合考虑火焰速度、火焰有效功率、火焰作用半径和钢板厚度的热源体功率模型,它可以更好地反映这些热输入影响参数所引起的综合作用.
It is essential to clarify the relation between heating parameters and angular deformation for ship hull plate forming system by pure line heating. For this purpose, the effect of line heating factors which include heat input, heating line position from plate edge and plate sizes on angular deformation was explored with the numerical simulation method. Moreover, in order to estimate the heat input, the volume power model of heat source to consider the complicated effect of torch velocity, effective flame power, torch radius and plate thickness was presented. The volume power model is a better description of the compositive effect of these heat input factors.
